Return Policy


 

All Baby Bling Design Co. Products have a strict return policy on all products purchased from the manufacturer and any authorized reseller. Please read carefully which items are returnable for a full refund and which items are returnable for exchange.

Returnable Items:

Any accessory item that is still in its original packaging and unopened can be returned for a full refund.

Items included:

LED Lighting kit, DVD platform, I-Pod speaker system, GPS, Liquid Holster, Battery Tender, Sealed Battery, and Wiring Harness.

Exchangeable items:

Standard Strollers in original packaging unopened.

Non Returnable Items:

Strollers systems opened, Stroller systems with custom Crystal packages, custom painted Stroller systems.

Please contact Baby Bling Design Co. for any returns or exchanges, at 949-305-3233. For all returns, Baby Bling must be notified by phone and E-Mail, and has the right to refuse any return for abuse or improper assembly. Once notified, Baby Bling Design Co. will E-Mail or fax an RA number to return the product back to us at customer's expense to evaluate before credit can be issued. If for any reason we feel, there is a defect in the product we will exchange the product out and ship a new travel system back at Baby Bling Design Co.'s expense.
